Ideal for all hair types but especially color-treated hair, our heat protectant texture spray is formulated with translucent moisturizing elastomers, so it won’t leave white chalky residues, dehydrate your hair, or “glue” hair strands together when you use heat styling tools. 

Hybrid copolymers give your hair long-lasting style memory.

How to Use

Suggested Usage:

-When using a curling iron or flat iron, spray hair section by section for bouncy curls or straight hair that moves.

-For major volume and fuller-looking hair, flip head upside down and spray under-layers.

-For sexy, undone texture, spray through midsection layers and rake through with fingers.

-For the easiest volume and hair lift-up right from the scalp, use our hair volumizing clip that is especially made to ease the daily hair volumizing routine. 

Ingredients

  • Hybrid Polymers: Give hair style memory and volume without stickiness.
  • Glycerin: Adds moisture to hair.
  • Zeolite: Natural, transparent micro-particles give hair texture and grip.

    Product Disclosures: Extremely flammable. Contents under pressure. Avoid spraying in eyes. Pressurized container may burst if heated. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to or store at temperatures above 50°C / 120°F. Do not puncture, pierce, crush, incinerate, or burn, even after use. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents can be harmful or fatal. Keep out of reach of children.

Is texture spray the same as hair spray?

Texture spray has particulants that give hair strands texture, body, grip and slight hold. 

Hair spray is used for locking style in shape, and can deliver rigid-hold results or flexible, touchable, brushable hold.

Is texture spray the same as dry shampoo?

Our Style on Textures Spray is not a dry shampoo. It does contain a small amount of zeolites (no starch typical of dry shampoos). SOS adds volume and hold.

Can you use Style on Steroids on extensions? 

Yes, it can be used on extensions. It also has added heat protection when waving.

How much heat protection does it offer? 

It has multiple levels of heat protection. We recommend not using heat styling appliances over 380 degrees F / 194 degrees C.
